Laura Hoggins, a FIIT coach and program creator, has made a four-week training plan for people of all skill levels who want to get stronger and feel better in 2026. There are six planned workouts in the program, and each one lasts about 35 minutes. You can do each session at home with free weights or at the gym, so it’s easy to fit into your schedule.
It takes time and patience to build muscle and lose fat, but sticking to a plan is very important. Laura says that consistency is what matters. Four weeks may not seem like a long time to follow the plan, but she says that changes can still happen in that time. If you stay committed, the results will come.
